Setmore Setup Guide
Set up Setmore to let customers book appointments on your website
Setmore is a free, easy-to-use scheduling platform. Unlimited appointments on the free plan. Includes customer reminders, team calendars, and integrates with Google/Outlook calendars.
Step 1: Create Your Setmore Account
1 Go to setmore.com
2 Click "Sign up free" and create your account
3 Enter your business name and industry
4 Choose the free plan (you can upgrade later if needed)
Step 2: Set Up Your Services
1 Go to "Services" in the left menu
2 Click "Add Service" for each service you offer
3 Set the details for each service:
- Name: e.g., "Haircut", "Consultation", "Massage"
- Duration: How long the appointment takes
- Price: Optional - show pricing or hide it
- Description: Brief description of the service
Step 3: Set Your Availability
1 Go to "Settings" > "Business Hours"
2 Set your working days and hours
3 Add breaks or lunch times if needed
4 Set buffer time between appointments (optional)
Step 4: Connect Your Calendar
1 Go to "Apps & Integrations"
2 Connect Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar
3 This syncs appointments to your personal calendar
4 Prevents double-booking automatically
Step 5: Get Your Booking Page Link
1 Go to "Booking Page" in the left menu
2 Customize your booking page appearance (optional)
3 Copy your booking page URL (looks like: yourname.setmore.com)
4 Send this link to me and I'll add it to your website
Step 6: Set Up Notifications (Optional)
1 Go to "Settings" > "Notifications"
2 Enable email confirmations for customers
3 Enable SMS reminders (optional, may require upgrade)
4 Set when reminders are sent (24 hours before, etc.)
